Consider approval of a site plan for the development of a new 3,200 square-foot Xpress Wellness Urgent Care facility located, at 371 Mercedes Street. The site is located on a 0.67-acre tract of land and is zoned “HCPD1” Highway Corridor Planned Development District and located within the Benbrook Boulevard Corridor Overlay District. Benbrook Water Authority - Mercedes St. Water Tower

Consider approvals for the construction of a new water tower, owned and operated by the Benbrook Water Authority, located at 815 Mercedes Street. The site is located on a 1.6-acre tract of land and is currently zoned both “CF” Community Facility and “E” Commercial Districts.
