ZBA-23-01 – A request for a variance to deviate from the requirements of Section 17.98.020.C of the Benbrook Zoning Ordinance, which requires a property to conform to the city’s landscape and bufferyard requirements when there is a building expansion of more than thirty percent (30%). The property is zoned “F” Commercial District and legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Country Day Meadows Addition (6000 Southwest Boulevard) in Benbrook, Texas.
