Rezoning

1. Z-23-01 - Consider a request to rezone 81 acres from "SD" Suburban District to "C-PD" Multiple-Family Planned Development District, allowing a two-family development. THe property is generally located 1,050 feet north of Veterans Pkwy along the frontage road east of I.H. 820. [PUBLIC HEARING]

Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment

1. ZTA-23-01 - Consider an ordinance amending Title 17 - Zoning of the Benbrook Municipal Code by providing minor updates to chapters of the zoning ordinance. [PUBLIC HEARING]
