A. Rezoning Request

  1. Z-21-01 / CP-21-01 – A request to rezone 21.81 acres out of the H. Covington Survey Abstract No. 257 and C.A. Kuykendall Survey Abstract No. 890 from “BR-PD” One-Family Reduced Planned Development District to “D-PD” Multiple-Family Planned Development District and to amend the Benbrook Comprehensive Plan's future land use map designation for this area from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential.  The property is generally located west of the intersection of Mercedes Street and Vista Way, on the north and west sides of Walnut Creek.
    1. This item will not be considered during this meeting. The applicant requested this item be heard and considered during the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting on November 11, 2021, unless otherwise requested by the applicant.  In compliance with state law and city ordinance, notifications will be sent out to property owners within 200 feet of the site at least 10 days prior to the public hearing and notification of public hearing will be re-posted in the Fort Worth Star Telegram, at least 15 days prior to the meeting.
 

B. Conditional Use Permit

  1. CUP-21-05 -  A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the installation of a roof mounted solar energy system, with a total surface area greater than 1,000 square feet, located at 1225 Cozby Street E, legally described as Lot 7, Block 58, Benbrook Estates Addition. [PUBLIC HEARING]

A. Announcements from Planning and Zoning Commission members and City Staff may be made for items to include: expression of thanks; congratulations; condolence; recognition of public officials, employees or citizens; information regarding holiday schedules; reminders of community events or announcements involving an imminent threat to the public health and safety of the municipality that has arisen after the posting of the agenda. No discussion or formal action may be taken on these items at this meeting.
