NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
in accordance with order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Benbrook will conduct its Regular Meeting scheduled for 7:30p.m. on Thursday November 12, 2020, in the City Council Chambers, 911 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas by telephone conference in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). While this meeting is open to the public, social distancing and wearing of masks will be enforced.

For this meeting, the presiding officer will be physically present at the location described above. However, one or all other members of the Planning and Zoning Commission may participate in this meeting remotely through telephone conference providing for two-way audio communication for each member of the Planning and Zoning Commission.

This Notice and Meeting Agenda, and the Agenda Packet, are posted online at http://www.benbrook-tx.gov/AgendaCenter.

The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically as provided by the agenda and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting.

1. P-20-02

A request to approve a preliminary plat for 8.82 acres of land situated in the Elizabeth Langston Survey, Abstract Number 988, Tract 1D and the Edward Taylor Survey, Abstract Number 1560, Tract 1F, Tarrant County, Benbrook, Texas. The property is zoned "PD" Planned Development District for a single family development named Whitestone Point. The property is generally located on the north side of Jerry Dunn Parkway, approximately 1,400 feet west of Rolling Hills Drive (7168 Rolling Hills Drive). [PUBLIC HEARING}
 

B. Boulevard Office Park

A request to approve a site plan, submitted in conjunction with the Boulevard Office Park final plat application, for a unified commercial development on 2.36 acres of land situated in the E.H. The property is located on the south side of Southwest Boulevard (S.H. 183), approximately 550 feet west of Bryant Irvin Road (6101 Southwest Boulevard) and is zoned "E-PD" and "F-PD" Commercial Planned Development Districts. C. Russell Feed and Supply

 

1. Z-20-02

A request to rezone 1.623 acres of land situated in the J.M. Evans Survey, Abstract Number 466 and the Hays Covington Survey, Abstract Number 257, Tarrant County, Benbrook, Texas from "HC-PD1" Highway Corridor Planned Development District to "HC" Highway Corridor District, located at the southwest corner of the Mercedes Street and Benbrook Boulevard (Hwy. 377) intersection. The property will remain within and subject to the Benbrook Boulevard Corridor Overlay District. [PUBLIC HEARING]
 

2. CUP-20-03

A request for approval of a conditional use permit for deviation from the outdoor storage regulations of Chapter 17.79 - Benbrook Boulevard Corridor Overlay District of the Benbrook Zoning Ordinance. The property is located at 9331 Westpark Drive, legally described as Lot 2-R, Block C, Westpark Addition. The property is zoned "F" Commercial District and is located within the Benbrook Boulevard Corridor Overlay District. A request for approval of a conditional use permit for deviation from the outdoor storage and outdoor display of merchandise regulations of Chapter 17.79 - Benbrook Boulevard Corridor Overlay District of the Benbrook Zoning Ordinance. The site is located at 8704 Benbrook Boulevard, legally described as Lot 1-R, Block 1, Ruthardt Addition and includes an abutting 1.623 acres of land situated in the J.M.
